Like our signature croissants, these are crafted over a 24-hour period to ensure optimal flavor development, a shatteringly crisp exterior, and a light, airy, and buttery honeycomb interior.


Ordering & Production Lead Time

We pride ourselves on the authenticity of our process. To ensure the highest quality, our dough undergoes a slow, controlled fermentation process, followed by careful, manual shaping. Because this traditional method takes time to develop the best texture and flavor, we require a 24-hour lead time for all orders. Please place your order at least 24 hours in advance to allow us the time needed to prepare your fresh pastries.
