 Artisan Tiramisu A true labour of love built on a light almond and espresso-infused sponge. We layered it with a warm, spiced sultana and Marsala reduction, brushed it generously with fresh espresso syrup, and smothered it in a cloud-like mascarpone and double cream diplomat. Finished with a dusting of rich cocoa powder and delicate tempered dark chocolate sails. Decadent, creamy, and deeply comforting!
