Test Kitchen Tuesday!

There is nothing quite like the energy of a kitchen in full experimental mode. Today, our counters were a beautiful chaos of raw ingredients, scribbled notes, and experimental dishes as we spent the day developing some brand new recipes.

Along with testing new flavour combinations, we also dedicated a significant portion of the day to crafting beautiful and delicious cake samples. These are specifically for some potential customers, and we’re very excited to share a little preview of what we can do.

From day one, they’ve been our biggest cheerleaders, supporting us on every single step of this wild journey. Honestly, we think they might love being our official first taste testers just as much as we love making them eat our experiments!
